- NOTE 1: Most likely limited to 500 copies (source: SARDIN - Sonata Arctica Release Database In the Net).
- NOTE 2: As the standard edition of Silence album contains 13 tracks and this one only 9 four of the standard tracks have been dropped from this picture disc edition.
The dropped tracks are: ...Of Silence, Land of the Free, San Sebastian (revisited) and Revontulet.
As far as I know the reason for why these tracks have been dropped out has not been told publicly.
- NOTE 3: The pressing quality might be a lot better as my copy is heavily warped, plays without skipping though.
The sound quality has nothing special to offer, it's a picture disc after all, so this is only for collectors.

- INNERSLEEVES: printed paper innersleeves (the original innersleeves)
- RELEASED: Possibly on 18.4.2014 (originally intended to be released on 28.3.2014 but the release date was postponed until mid April due to manufacturing
reasons, everyone who preordered this album got messages of the postponed release date).
- OTHER: Originally released sealed without poster or any stickers on the shrinkwrap.
- NOTE 1: Supposedly limited to 1000 unmarked copies.
- NOTE 2: Sealed black vinyl copy can not be separated from sealed red vinyl copy without opening the shrinkwrap or knowing the origin of the copies
(the red vinyl is exclusive to EMP, the black vinyl was sold in pretty much every store that sold Pariah's Child on LP).
- NOTE 3: As far as I know the weight of the vinyl has not been informed publicly. I weighted the records of my copy and they weight 174g and 192g.
- NOTE 4: These records have excellent bass, maybe even little too much as it makes hard to hear the other instruments.
This black vinyl definitely has the best and most detailed sound quality.

- RELEASED: Made in 2014 based on the runouts.
Released on 24th of October 2014 (source: Finnish EMP webshop).
- OTHER: Originally released sealed without any stickers on shrinkwrap.
- NOTE: The pressing quality might be a lot better as my copy is pressed significantly off-center and is slightly warped.
This black vinyl has the most detailed sound of all these three vinyl editions but unfortunately the cut is not the best possible as the CD edition sounds a lot
better and a lot more detailed to my ears. I wouldn't recommend this vinyl edition to anyone except collectors who never play their records.

- OTHER: Originally released sealed with barcode sticker on the back on shrinkwrap.
Limited to 300 copies though the limitation amount wasn't revealed until December 2014, around Christmas (source: Finnish EMP webshop).
- NOTE: This red vinyl looks stunning and sounds softer and less accurate than the black vinyl right above.
However, the CD edition sounds a lot better to my ears. I wouldn't recommend this vinyl edition to anyone except collectors who never play their records.
My other problem with this album is with the overly smooth sound of this album which is why I'll rather play the original editions of Ecliptica.

50 copies were imported to the US (source: US Nuclear Blast webshop).
- NOTE 1: 300 copies of Nightwish's EFMB album was also pressed on this exact vinyl colour.
Light blue version of The Ninth Hour 2LP also exists but I've never opened my copy.
- NOTE 2: This light blue vinyl sounds slightly muffled compared to the black vinyl edition though the difference is very small.
However, the CD edition sounds a lot better to my ears. I wouldn't recommend this vinyl edition to anyone except collectors who never play their records.

- OTHER: Originally released sealed with one infosticker on the front on shrinkwrap.

- NOTE: The pressing quality is very good with nearly perfectly flat and nearly perfectly centered record but I don't like the cut at all as this record also has that signature
KR high frequency sound that makes my ears bleed after half a song. Because of that I regard this record only a collectors item.
I have now played KR cut with at least 3 different cartridges and all the KR cuts simply make my ears bleed (sorry KR if you someday read this).
