- RELEASED: Most likely the first UK edition released in 1987. The runouts suggest the A side has been recut but no 1U cut is yet known to exist.
Originally released in 1987.
- NOTE 1: This is a typical thin sounding DMM record, thin bright and harsh but otherwise an excellent quality record.
- NOTE 2: The T in TOWNHOUSE is etched in bigger font than the rest of the word and the whole word is clearly in full caps.
- NOTE 3: Even though I usually dislike DMM records I prefer this one over the German edition right below due to better higher frequency playback.
The Canadian edition and the Japanese editions sound even better to my ears as they are more balanced than this one or the German edition.
The Japanese edition below has more natural sounding higher frequencies due to being lacquer cut record.

- NOTE 1: Unlike the UK edition right above this German made release is not Direct Metal Mastered. The DM on the runouts stands for Direct Mastering at Sonopress.
- NOTE 2: Even though I dislike the harsh thin sound of the normal DMM cut I prefer the UK edition above slightly more than this one because this sounds a bit stuffy
and lacking something in the upper frequencies, especially the guitars sound flat and weird.

- NOTE: Of all the editions of this album I've played I prefer this the most as this has the most balanced sound, excellent dynamics, good bass and higher frequencies
(particularly the guitar sound). The pressing quality might be a lot better as my copy is badly warped and nearly unplayable. The Japanese edition has more
rougher sounding cut and closest to this one of all the editions I've yet played, both excellent cuts but the Japanese edition has the better pressing quality.
